About Me
With more than 30 years of legal experience—from commercial litigation to employment law, in both large firms and solo practice—I understand the importance of protecting what matters most.
After leading my own firm and later returning to corporate practice, a personal health journey shifted my focus in a profound way.
That experience — combined with witnessing the costly consequences of inadequate estate planning among close family friends — inspired me to dedicate my practice exclusively to modern estate planning, asset protection, and business formation.
Today, I help individuals, families, and entrepreneurs safeguard their legacies with clarity, compassion, and confidence.
I know firsthand how easy it is to put off this kind of planning but I also know the peace of mind it brings when it’s done right. My mission is to ensure your wishes are honored, your loved ones are protected, and your legacy is preserved for generations to come.

Why Choose Me
First, I practice virtually all over Georgia and Illinois, or can meet you in my office in Kennesaw, GA (and occasionally in suburban Chicago, IL).
Second, in my practice, I only charge flat fees. Ever. You will never get a bill from me for phone calls or emails.
Third, my strong philosophy is that I do not sell documents. Trusts, wills, and POAs are a byproduct of what I provide my clients and that is, PEACE. The peace of knowing that you’ve provided a clear plan according to your wishes and values for your family. The peace of knowing you can keep your loved ones out of court, chaos and conflict when you’re no longer here. The peace of knowing that you can choose to pass on not only your tangible assets, but that I offer the opportunity to pass on your intangible assets, as well, such as your values, your stories, your memories, reminders of your love, etc. Ask me about this!
Finally, you will have the peace of probably being more financially organized that ever before so that none of your assets end up being among the $58 billion of assets sitting in the unclaimed funds departments of every state in this country. Your loved ones will know what you have and where to find it.
Creating a Life and Legacy Plan with me is, in many ways, the last love letter you can write to your loved ones. It is my highest professional honor to help you write that.
